The License May Be Revoked
12. The License may be Revoked:
The license issued by the Local Body under Rule 11 may be revoked under the following conditions:
a) If the condition mentioned in the license are violated,
b) If the management of solid waste is not made according to the prescribed standard,
c) If the prevailing environmental law is violated,
d) If the (license) is not renewed.
The license issued by the Local Body under Rule 11 may be revoked under the following conditions:
